Summary:


Provide directed occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of an occupational therapist. Participates in rehab department PI, department meetings and hospital wide activities to promote staff development and patient safety. Assist with the development of department strategic goals that assist with the achievement of Northern Light Health's mission and vision. Act as a backup for the activities coordinator and assist as needed for swing bed patients.


Responsibilities:


+ Demonstrates an understanding of the department’s strategic plan and conducts themselves in a fiscally responsible manner.
