Key Responsibilities

1. Align with the Group’s global strategy, local market dynamics and regulatory frameworks to formulate medium and long-term regional development strategies and annual business plans. Own full P&L accountability for overseas business operations, consolidate the Group’s leading market position, and drive sustainable growth across the multi-brand portfolio.

2. Establish, restructure and scale the full-function local management team, covering HR, legal, procurement, branding, public relations and field marketing. Build standardised corporate governance systems, performance appraisal mechanisms and incentive frameworks to develop a high-performance, fully localised organisational team.
