Responsibilities

• Manage Centre operations and collaborate with sheltered workshop
• Engage stakeholders to contribute with long‑term strategic planning
• Oversee staff onboarding, professional training, performance appraisals, and fostering team morale.
• Partner with therapists and Allied Professionals to design, execute, and assess developmental programs
• Plan staff scheduling, and resource management to maintain high-quality service standards and operational efficiency.
• Ensure the centre remains audit‑ready by managing administrative workflows, data reporting, and strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal SOPs.
• Act as a strategic deputy to the Deputy Director, assisting with high‑level development projects and organisational goals.
