Job Description
1. Centre Operations & Administration
- Oversee the smooth daily operations of the preschool centre.
- Ensure compliance with ECDA, SPARK, MOH, NEA and safety regulations.
- Manage enrolment, attendance, staffing schedules and centre documentation.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety and maintenance of the centre environment.
- Handle incidents, emergencies and parent concerns professionally.
- Guide teachers in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate programmes aligned with the EYDF/NEL framework.
- Monitor lesson plans, observations, portfolios and children’s assessments.
- Support inquiry-based and hands‑on learning experiences.
