As a Shared Services Centralized Disbursement Approval Associate, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and approving high-risk payment transactions across Institutional Services. This role goes far beyond processing – you’ll act as a key control point, ensuring funds are released securely, accurately, and in full compliance with regulatory and internal standards. You’ll partner closely with Relationship Managers and Service Delivery teams to authenticate various disbursement requests, prevent fraud, and support time-sensitive transactions tied to active client deals.
