Omschrijving

Als centrale PMO verantwoordelijke voor Insurance speel je een sleutelrol in de sturing en governance van de Insurance projectenportefeuille. Je zorgt voor strategische alignering, capaciteitsbeheer, risicobeheersing en transversale coördinatie (Release Notes, R&D, …), in nauwe samenwerking met IT, de businessdomeinen en onze externe partners.

Projectenportefeuille

  • Beheer en consolidatie van de Insurance/IT projectenportefeuille, challengen van teams, opvolging van capaciteit/werklast, identificatie van risico’s en ondersteuning van de businessdomeinen.


    • Governance & Inflow

  • Aansturing van het inflow proces, deelname aan governance organen, bijdrage aan het projectgovernance framework en coördinatie van de Release Notes.

    • Roadmap

  • Centralisatie en validatie van input, structureren van arbitrages/afhankelijkheden en productie van h...
