You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas. Responsibilities Oversee employee performance and scheduling Lead inventory control efforts and lead in operational efforts Work with donors to resolve concerns Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification Ability to bend, reach, walk and stand for entire shift; lift up to 32 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens ...
