Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Disciplinary and technical management of the subordinate personnel (fitters, workers, etc.)
  • Conducting employee and feedback meetings
  • Training and technical guidance of employees in the production area (authorized to issue instructions)
  • Responsibility for shift and vacation planning as well as time management in the team
  • Creation and maintenance of the training plans including associated documentation (e.g. Q-matrix, advance planning) as well as ensuring the timely implementation of the training measures

    • Supporting the BU management in achieving the specified annual targets as well as compliance with work and safety standards, operating instructions and environmental regulations
