Responsibilities

• As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their telecommunications needs while promoting products and services that best fit their requirements.
• Your role combines providing excellent customer service with achieving sales targets to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• At least HS (Old Curriculum) SHS Graduate; college undergraduates are welcome to apply (with or without BPO experience).
