Primary purpose of the job

To ensure the CDU Production Department operates effectively and efficiently within Service Level Agreements to guarantee smooth, compliant production. Plan and organise production schedules for all departments/workstreams to meet deadlines while optimising available resources.

Operations Identify and manage production risks or bottlenecks and put remedial measures. Analyse constraints within the department’s productivity and define possible system/operational and process changes. Ensure the correct management of consumable quantities and budget within the Production Area. Communicate regularly with the senior management team regarding problems or issues impacting production.
