An employee owned CDM Consultancy are now seeking an CDM Principal Designer to be involved in a variety of retail, commercial and hospitality projects.

They have strong client relationships which makes for a varied flow of projects. The suitable CDM Principal Designer will enjoy the flexibility to work from their home or office, as they manage their portfolio themselves. Although, they have a vastly experienced team of 50 nationwide staff to collaborate with.

The Role

The successful CDM Principal Designer will be involved in limiting major and all CDM related risk during the design stages. The role will require clear communication to ensure handover to Principal Contractor is as effective as possible.
