Job Description

The CCTV Specialist ensures that branch operations comply with BSP regulations and internal policies by monitoring jewelry, gadget, forex, and other pawnshop transactions through CCTV systems.This role is responsible for conducting CCTV monitoring and surveillance analysis across all branches to ensure proper implementation of operational procedures, detect irregularities, and recommend process improvements based on findings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time monitoring and review of CCTV footage from all branches
• Identify suspicious behavior, irregular transactions, or potential security threats
