We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident when handling customer queries and technical issues. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a support desk, helpdesk or coordination role (not IT focussed) and will be comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
 
You will have strong communication skills, a professional and proactive approach, and excellent attention to detail.
