**Description**

**SUMMARY**

The Catering Transport Assistant supports transportation operations by assisting with the loading, unloading, and movement of catering equipment and supplies between the flight kitchen and aircraft. This role works alongside Catering Transport Drivers to ensure accurate, safe, and timely delivery of catering items. The Catering Transport Assistant plays a key role in supporting on-time departures and maintaining operational efficiency within Sky Café operations.
