Main Duties
Role Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain dining and service areas, including furniture, trolleys, and cleaning equipment.Serve food in correct portions and wash dishes, cutlery, and catering equipment.
Clean all catering areas daily and follow health and safety standards.
Handle cash collection, banking, and maintain records and procedures.
Communicate effectively with customers, managers, and colleagues to deliver excellent service.
