Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for Procurement & Category Management of Non-IT Products (Colocation Products like Racks, RPDUs, Cage, CCTV, Biometric, Containment etc., Annual Maintenance Contracts for Infra items including all MEP Equipment, DGs, Sub-station eqpts etc, Spares Management, Service Contracts like FMS, Housekeeping, Security etc., Admin related Misc Items/ Services / consumables etc) for Data center business

Role Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing complete PR to PO process including RFPs, obtaining offers, Comparative evaluations, Negotiations, Placement of Purchase Orders & Logistics.
  • Managing Category by Strategic sourcing, Budgeting, New Vendor developments, Vendor Rationalization, Rate Contracts, Partnership Agreements, Vendor Management etc.
  • Cost Effective Procurement within the budgeted cost / targets, Opex v/s Capex evaluation, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) evaluation.
