Job Description

Join our team to further grow our Biscoff & Natural Foods Business and the categories we are operating in. In this role you will be part of a four-person Category Management & Marketing team, reporting to the Category Development & Marketing Manager.

Your Mission

  • Enable the key link between national growth strategy and customer execution, ensuring category and brand success across all touchpoints.

  • Drive profitable growth, leveraging data insights, and foster strong collaborations to shape winning market strategies.

    • Strategic Category & Customer Management

  • Act as the primary contact for sales teams, translating the national growth strategy into actionable customer plans across promotion, assortment and communication

  • Define targets, track performance, and optimize execution to drive category and brand success
