Casualty & Professional Indemnity Underwriter


Place of work: Warsaw 

Job purpose: 

Shape the future of Casualty and PI insurance in our new Polish branch! If you enjoy making decisions, negotiating with business partners, and want to have a tangible impact on the mid-market and industrial/large corporate insurance segment, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities: 

  • Independently manage underwriting for mid-sized and large (corporate and industrial) clients with a focus on liability and professional indemnity coverages 
  • Conduct risk analyses, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and renew insurance contracts in line with local and group standards 
  • Implement and manage insurance contracts for domestic and international business 
  • Monitor market trends and emerging liability risks; adapt strategies to maintain competitiveness 
  • Collaborate closely with Risk Engineering, Sales, and Claims
