Casual Hospitality & Restaurant Manager - Midlands

About the Role

This is a casual, flexible position focused on managing restaurant and hospitality areas within ARC’s Midlands Racecourses (Uttoxeter, Worcester & Wolverhampton Racecourses). As a restaurant and hospitality manager, you’ll take ownership of service delivery, team performance, and operational efficiency across your designated area.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
  • Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and professional, attentive experience.
  • Brief, train, and develop team members so they’re confident and event-ready.
  • Manage staffing levels, break schedules, and shift planning on the day.
  • Maintain stock levels, assist with rotation, and minimise wastage.
