**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Promotions Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of all promotional activities, including on- and off-property events, entertainment, and concerts. This role also provides administrative and operational support to the Marketing management team. You will report directly to the Promotions Manager.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. Execute all promotional activities including drawings, giveaways, tournaments, and both gaming and non-gaming events. Prepare all related documentation such as prize slips, promotional logs, winner release forms, and other necessary paperwork.
2. Organize promotional materials and items for giveaways, including decorations for events and promotions.
