**Start Rate: $18.00/hour | Full-Time | 1st Shift (7a-3:30p) & 3rd shift (11p-7:30a) available**
**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** You will be responsible for general maintenance, entry-level preventative maintenance, and minor repairs necessary to maintain the facilities. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor or the Maintenance Manager on duty.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. You will perform general preventative maintenance on the property.
2. Perform general carpentry work; frame walls, hang drywall, build shelves, lay carpet, paint, etc.
3. Perform locksmith tasks: repair locks, door handles, and door closures; install new door equipment.
4. Respond to all building-related safety concerns related to maintenance.
5. You will maintain cleanliness of facilities inside and outside: sweep, pick up trash and wash daily.
6. Assemble, move, or arrange furniture, office equipment, or other items as directed and help with event setup when assigned.
