Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and guiding them through the processing of their transactions.
• Ensuring all transactions are performed in accordance with compliance rules and addressing customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Handling cash and maintaining cash register operations, including generating reports using MS Office tools.
• Collaborating with a supportive team to meet operational and performance targets.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or retail.
• Problem‑solving skills and good communication skills.
• Minimum qualification: SPM; open to fresh graduates.
• Experience in cash management and basic use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
