Responsibilities

• Assist daily cash collection & count.
• Prepare cash, card, cheque, Mpos, jompay reconciliation.
• Register daily bank transaction and prepare petty cash.
• Manage reimbursement and log book.
• Reimburse claim/advance for amounts less than RM200 and collect advance payment receipt.
• Maintain proper hand hygiene at workplace.
• Ensure adherence to The KPJ Way / Standard People Practice (SPP).
• Participate in risk management exercises including incident reporting and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Participate and support activities related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and comply with legal requirements.
• Participate in Anti‑Bribery Management System (ABMS) exercises, including training, awareness and documentation.
