EAC Network, a leading not-for-profit social service agency dedicated to helping over 80,000 people through 100 impactful programs across Long Island and NYC, is looking for a dedicated part time Case Manager to join the Education, Rehabilitation and Support Enforcement/ Early Intervention Program.
+ Wage: $22 per hour
+ Schedule: 28 hours per week. Mondays off, Tuesday-Friday 9am-5pm
+ Location: 400 Carleton Ave in Central Islip, NY 11722
