As a Case Manager reporting to the Manager of Transitional Housing, you will work directly with women confronting homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance use. Utilizing client-centered approaches, you will build trusting relationships, develop individualized case plans, and conduct ongoing assessments to monitor progress. Your work will positively impact clients by promoting stability and resilience within the community.
