Description

Comunilife is looking for experienced Case Managers for its new refugee assistance program opening in Jamaica, Queens this month. The Case Manager is responsible for conducting intakes, initial skills assessments, providing case management and offering referrals for job placements, permanent housing placements or to other appropriate social services based on client need. Provide case management services for new immigrant and refugee clients. Comunilife offers a generous benefits and paid time off package.
