EAC Network, a leading not-for-profit social service agency dedicated to helping over 80,000 people through 100 impactful programs across Long Island and NYC, is looking for a dedicated full time Case Manager to join our Community Re entry Assistance Network Brooklyn CRAN program!
+ Wage: $29.80 per hour
+ Schedule: 9AM-5PM, Monday- Friday
+ Location: 175 Remsen Street in Brooklyn with occasional travel to 120 Stuyvesant in Staten Island
