We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Community-Based Case Manager to join our growing team. This is a field-based position focused on recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care delivered directly in the community.
CER is a mission-driven nonprofit behavioral health organization providing comprehensive services to individuals experiencing serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), co-occurring substance use disorders, and housing instability.
