EAC Network, a leading not-for-profit social service agency dedicated to helping over 79,000 people through 100 impactful programs across Long Island and NYC, is looking for a dedicated full time Case Manager to join the Alternatives for Youth (AFY) Program.
Salary: $23/ hour
Schedule: 9AM-5PM, Monday- Friday
Location: 320 Carleton Ave in Central Islip, NY
What drives the core purpose of this job:
The Case Manager is responsible for all aspects of Home-based Crisis Intervention and case management services for client families in the Alternatives for Youth Program.
