Your Role:

An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, creative and committed individual to join our Adoption & Permanent Care team. We require a skilled practitioner to provide assessment, support and case management functions to children, families and caregivers within the Adoption and Permanent Care program at Yarraville. This is a 4 day per week ongoing position.

The key responsibilities of this position include the recruitment, training and assessment of individuals who are interested in becoming permanent carers, supporting children/carers in adoption and permanent placements through the provision of case management and working with birth families.
