**Case Management Coordinator – ACT (Behavioral Health)**
**Organization:** Easterseals MORC
**Location:** Southfield, MI (community-based, multiple sites)
**Position Type:** Contract (6 months, potential for extension or temporary to permanent hire)
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**Hours:** 40 hours per week
**Position Overview**
This Case Management Coordinator role is part of an **Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)** team, providing intensive, community-based behavioral health services to individuals with complex mental health, substance use, and/or developmental challenges. The position is highly field-based and involves working directly with clients in their homes and community settings rather than a traditional office environment.
