Responsibilities Duties may include but are not limited to: Responsible for a variety of carpentry construction duties such as alters and installs of walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, door and windows in all buildings on the VANTHCS sites. Constructs new drywall partitions and other temporary structures of wood construction. Installs windows and doors, mortising doors adjusting as necessary to assure proper fitting. Cuts and installs trim material around new work and cased openings such as baseboard, ceiling mold, chair-rails ad picture molding.
