The Loadmaster is responsible for monitoring/overseeing the loading, secure transport, and unloading of aircraft cargo. This requires extensive coordination to properly calculate and plan weight and balance distribution of cargo within an aircraft. They are responsible completing daily duties involving safe and efficient aircraft loading and unloading.

**Responsibilities**

+ Oversees and monitors loading and unloading of aircraft.
+ Provides leadership as aircraft is being loaded and/or unloaded in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Verifies the flight crew has easy access from cockpit to the rear of aircraft following the completion of the load.
+ Ensures that the load is properly secured.
+ Communicates with multiple department personnel regarding aircraft readiness and positions.
+ Provides timely updates to customer and management.
+ Monitors movements of Customer aircraft to ensure timely and correct arrival.
