Job Description

We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Facilities sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Caretaker to join a lovely school based in Sevenoaks.

Salary: £23,801 - £24,166 + Great Benefits | 3 shift patterns between 6:30am - 8:00pm

Caretaker’s Core Duties

  • To open and close the school and be responsible for general security
  • To ensure the gym area and floors are clean
  • To meet all contractors and visitors and keep a record of work being carried out
  • To ensure all contractors are DBS checked and comply with safeguarding of children
  • To ensure all legislative prosses are met and recorded (Asbestos Register)
  • To check in all goods and distribute them accordingly
  • To monitor the heating, lighting, fuel usage and re-order when required
  • To maintain records and read all meters
  • To be ensure the maintenance and tidiness of footpaths, ...
