Caretaker needed in Birmingham Paying £13.45 per hr (Ref )

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily health and safety checks across buildings
• Undertake cleaning duties in communal areas, ensuring a high standard is maintained at all times
• Perform litter picking and general cleaning
• Manage rubbish removal and item clearances, including bulky waste
• Conduct regular fly-tipping inspections and ensure prompt clearance
• Carry out grounds maintenance, including cutting back vegetation and managing overgrowth in open areas
• Report maintenance issues and health and safety concerns promptly
