This position reports to the Pharmacy Operations Manager and encompasses various critical responsibilities. As a leader, you will train pharmacy assistants, handle shipping duties, and troubleshoot any workflow challenges that arise in the Production department. Your proactive approach will ensure all operational objectives are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train new pharmacy assistants and mentor existing staff
• Manage the daily activities of the shipping department
• Troubleshoot and answer workflow inquiries from the team
• Review and report on daily operations and delays
• Maintain regulatory filing requirements and updates
Requirements:
• One year of pharmacy experience is essential
• Knowledge of Kroll software an asset
• Proficient with MS Office tools
