Responsibilities

• Review resumes and match candidates to suitable job openings.
• Explain employer requirements and guide applicants through the process.
• Coordinate interview schedules between employers and candidates.
• Regularly endorse qualified candidates to employers.

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate.
• Strong English communication skills.
• At least 2 years of contact center/customer care experience (voice or voice + non‑voice).
