We’re hiring a Career Support Associate to help job seekers improve resumes, schedule interviews, and connect with employers through calls, emails, and SMS. The goal is to increase interviews and successful placements.



Responsibilities:

- Review resumes and match candidates to suitable job openings.

- Explain employer requirements and guide applicants through the process.

- Coordinate interview schedules between employers and candidates.

- Regularly endorse qualified candidates to employers.



Qualifications:

- At least High school graduate.

- Strong English communication skills.

- At least 2 years of contact center/customer care experience (voice or voice + non‑voice).

- Minimum 1 year tenure with each employer in the past 2 years.
