About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Capital Accountant to join our Finance team in Malaysia. As a Capital Accountant, you will manage and maintain the accuracy of our fixed asset records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. This role is essential for supporting financial reporting and tracking of the company’s capital assets in our fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Fixed Asset Management & Compliance

• Maintain and update the fixed asset register for all capital expenditures and projects, ensuring compliance with TI’s accounting policies and applicable standards (MFRS, IFRS)
• Review and ensure timely and accurate capitalization of fixed assets upon project completion
• Calculate and record monthly depreciation of fixed assets with proper cost allocation per accounting standards
