About the Role:

An exciting opportunity for a motivated, caring and empathetic individual to join the West Wirral Adult Social Care Team. You’ll support adults within the community, and essential knowledge and experience in completing assessments, support planning and reviews is required.

About the Candidate:

Candidates must have strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014, safeguarding, and mental capacity, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team. Good IT skills are essential.
