We are looking for an experienced and driven Care Manager to take operational responsibility for a domiciliary care service. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care in the community. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, managing staff, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the highest standards of care for every service user we support.
