Position: Case Manager
Location: Pittsfield, MA

Pay Range: $23 - $24.50 per hour
RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager working collaboratively with the Legacy Mentoring program in Pittsfield, MA.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one support and case management to participants who have been commercially sexually exploited. This includes weekly, biweekly, or monthly meetings (depending on recovery stage), each lasting 1-2 hours. Meetings may take place wherever the participant lives.
Provide effective advocacy, case management, and refer participants for additional community services as needed.
Ensure program participants have identified medical providers and access to community services.
Assist participants in identifying and assessing immediate and long‑term needs, including safety, well‑being, and self‑sufficiency.
Develop and facilitate treatment plans and diverse psycho‑educational groups.
