About the role

This exciting position at Fairway Gardens in Golflands, East Auckland, will see you working in our brand new, stunning Care facility opening mid-year. As part of a high performing and successful village team, you will lead the delivery of premium care hospitality services to our Care Suite residents. In this role you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a strong resident and family partnership, whilst overseeing the delivery of exceptional daily resident experiences. You will also lead and mentor a team of activity coordinators and housekeeping staff within the care home.
