Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure healthcare and daily living needs of residents in the Home are well taken care of to promote independent living of residents and to enhance their overall quality of life.
- Provide person-centric care to residents through basic nursing care procedures under the direction of Staff Nurse (SN) and/or Enrolled Nurse (EN), and supporting residents’ general well‑being and living conditions.
- Provide basic physiological monitoring of residents on a monthly basis and report any health issues to SN/EN for follow-up.
- Conduct daily vital signs monitoring for all residents and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Assist residents in their activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living to maximise their independent living skills.
- Perform medication packing, under the supervision of SN/EN, and medication reminders for residents with higher care needs.
