Logistics Officer

Babcock is looking for a Logistics Officer to join the Supply Chain team based in Devonport, Auckland.

About the role

Play a critical role supporting NZDF operational readiness by owning the care, custody and control of onboard stores. This role sits at the heart of naval maintenance, ensuring the right materials are available, compliant and accurately accounted for when they matter most. If you enjoy responsibility, structure and working close to operations, this role offers real impact.

You’ll also provide integrated logistics and warehouse support across multiple sites, working with modern ERP systems and strict safety standards. From hazardous materials handling to supporting det‑store and regeneration activities, no two days are the same. You’ll be trusted to work independently, solve problems end‑to‑end and contribute to continuous improvement within a highly professional defence environment.
