A thriving independent practice seeking a Cardiologist (Non Invasive) for the Appleton, WI area! (1.5hrs from Milwaukee)

Benefits:
- Salary: $600,000 / yr
- Sign On: 40K
- not an RVU compensation model instead its an equal profit sharing model
- 2-year track to shareholder status with zero dollar buy in to become a shareholder = profit sharing plus salary increase!
- 30 days / yr PTO (1.5 months off per year!) - paid time off, then 40 days for shareholders
- 401(k), dental, life, health, etc.
