The ideal candidate will specialize in managing patients with advanced heart failure and cardiomyopathies, focusing on non-transplant therapies and innovative heart failure management strategies. This role involves collaborating closely with heart failure specialists, electrophysiologists, and other cardiology providers to optimize patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert clinical care to patients with advanced heart failure, including acute and chronic management.
* Manage complex heart failure cases using state-of-the-art therapies such as inotropes, mechanical circulatory support (excluding transplant-related VADs intended for transplant), and device therapy.
