Position Summary: Supports the Office Manager in the overall administration and coordination of one or more practice locations, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality patient service.
Job Details
Responsibilities:
+ Assist with daily operations, inventory, staff support, oversee providers schedules.
+ Serve as backup to the Office Manager and support departmental decisions and initiatives.
+ Ensure adequate staffing and assist with staff training, coaching, and onboarding.
+ Oversee front-office functions, including call management, scheduling, insurance verification, authorizations, and data entry (EPIC).
+ Collect and manage patient demographic, financial, and insurance information.
