**Description:** This position within the LM Space Capture Excellence organization is charged with leading all training and development initiatives for the LM Space Strategy & Business Development organization. This role is critical to the LM Space strategy to improve the skills and capability of cross-functional capture teams, to increase capture team efficiency, to raise the pWin of individual pursuits as well as to develop the bench of future S&BD and capture senior leaders. The Capture Excellence lead will also focus on integrating with cross functional Business Area teams to lead discussions around 1lMX improvement plans, lead the Capture Community of Practice, development of the Capture Comet publication and provide capture process guidance in accordance with our processes/procedures.
