Captain / Senior Service Crew (F&B)
Position Summary:
The Senior Service Crew member leads the service team in providing exceptional dining experiences. This role involves training junior staff and ensuring high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the dining area, ensuring service quality.
Train and mentor junior service crew members on service standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service.
Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service orientation.
